The short version
Pillport does not require an account, shows no ads and sells no data. Medicine searches and simulator runs happen in your browser and are not sent to us.
What we collect
- Newsletter or waitlist: your email address, so we can send the updates you asked for.
- Error reports and contact messages: what you write, plus an email address if you choose to give one, so we can fix the data and reply.
- Analytics: cookie-free, aggregate page statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It does not identify you or follow you across sites.
- Security: your IP address is used briefly to block spam and abuse. It is not stored with your message.
How long we keep it
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Error reports and messages are kept for up to 2 years so we can track corrections, then deleted.
Who processes it
Data is stored with our database provider (Supabase), and emails are sent through our email provider (Resend). We use these services only to run Pillport.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@pillport.online. See also our cookie policy.
